Shipping & Refund Policies
Our policy lasts 5 days for online purchases. You may return for store credit or exchange your item. If 5 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a store credit or exchange.
Customer must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item to let us know that you will be returning. Customer is responsible for obtaining tracking information when returning. Simply Chic is not responsible for items lost/stolen/damaged goods.
To be eligible for store credit or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The original tags and receipt must be present.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
****If you are approved, then you may exchange for other merchandise or a store credit will be kept on file to be used at a later date.
All store credit amounts are valid at Simply Chic Boutique Bossier City location only. Store credit cannot be used at our Shreveport, Natchitoches, Baton Rouge, or Mandeville locations. Credit amount must be used in full within one year of being issued. Store credit cannot be used to purchase gift cards.
All online orders will have a $4 shipping charge added upon checkout.
